The progress of a society depends on the level of literacy, which can efficiently pursue innovative initiatives and new challenges.  The neglected, underdeveloped components of the society will have opportunities for self-upliftment and development.  Shri Shivaji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Saswad was established in 1988 to provide justice to the distressed community and to provide secondary education to the neglected, remote and hilly areas.
